Executive Doctor of Business Administration

The Executive Doctor of Business Administration (Executive DBA) is a terminal, research-based degree designed exclusively for senior executives, industry leaders, and seasoned professionals. The objective of this program is to bridge the gap between high-level academic theory and practical, real-world application. It provides experienced leaders with the advanced methodological tools required to transition from industry practitioners to recognized scholar-practitioners, empowering them to generate original insights that drive strategic innovation.

Rather than purely theoretical exploration, your research should address contemporary challenges within your specific industry or organization. We highly value proposals that explore themes of global transition, ethical leadership, technological disruption (such as AI integration), sustainable business practices, and international cross-border collaboration.

The Executive DBA is a rigorous, fully online, research-based program designed to be completed in a maximum of 24 months. We have streamlined our academic process to support the schedules of working executives:

1. Application & Evaluation: Candidates must submit their formal application alongside a non-refundable application fee. The Admissions Committee will evaluate your professional background and academic readiness.
2. Acceptance & Research Proposal: Upon official acceptance into the program, candidates are required to draft and submit a formal, structured Research Proposal outlining their intended area of study.
3. Interim Supervision: Once the proposal is submitted, the university will assign an Interim Supervisor. You will work closely with this academic advisor to refine, structure, and finalize your research framework to meet doctoral standards.
4. Specialized Supervision: Following the approval of your finalized proposal, you will be assigned a permanent, Specialized Supervisor whose academic and industry expertise aligns directly with your research topic. This supervisor will guide you through the remainder of your doctoral research journey.
